Karen and Ruby Lambert are running the Great Manchester Run 10K on Sunday 20th May. This year will be Karen’s 7th time & Ruby’s 2nd!
They are raising money for the British Tinnitus Association in memory of their friend Craig Gill. Craig tragically passed away in November 2016, aged just 44. He had suffered for many years with debilitating tinnitus.
