We have a Direct Referral tinnitus service so a patient can be referred by their GP or other professional
After the first appointment, if necessary, where would a tinnitus patient be referred on to:
Audiology
If a Direct Referral they continue in Audiology. If from ENT they would be referred to Audiology
What is the average waiting time for this appointment (in weeks):
The Direct referral route is quicker. To be referred to ENT depends on their waiting list times

We offer a broad based tinnitus counselling service. We would not label our service as offering cognitive behavioural therapy or mindfulness as a specific technique. We are not currently able to offer relaxation sessions.
