Tinnitus

Warwick Tinnitus Support Group | British Tinnitus Association

About the group

The group is run by Audiologists from the Audiology department at Warwick Hospital and the group is an extension of the Tinnitus Clinic here; however we do not give medical advice or any person specific management isn’t discussed as this would be covered in a one to one appointment.

It is a friendly atmosphere where you can meet others living with tinnitus. We provide refreshments in the form of tea and biscuits at each meeting.  We usually book in speakers who give a talk on tinnitus or related subjects. Following the talk there is an opportunity to sit together to discuss, listen or ask questions.

The aim of the group is to provide further education on topics relating to tinnitus and help you develop new coping skills & increase your confidence. Through gaining inspiration and support from others; you may find you notice your tinnitus less.

Additionally, the group has achieved the BTA Gold Standard for Support Groups
