Regional Tinnitus Networks | British Tinnitus Association


Regional Tinnitus Networks give health service professionals working with tinnitus patients an opportunity to meet, share information and keep up to date with the latest developments.

Operating Networks are coordinated by professionals working with tinnitus patients within the region. The British Tinnitus Association offer help and support to some of the networks but they are mainly network-led. Outcomes from each network may vary, but can include:

  • Updating each other on service provision and caseload
  • Problem solving
  • Requests for information
  • Seeking experience
  • Reusing assets
  • Coordination and synergy
  • Discussing developments and research
  • Documentation projects
  • Visits or guest speakers
  • Discussion of case studies
  • Mapping knowledge and identifying gaps
  • Identifying areas of best practice
