The 2022 Virtual AGM will cover approving the accounts, voting in new Trustees plus a short presentation giving an overview of activities of the BTA.
What will the AGM cover?
The AGM will be taking place virtually.
The meeting will include approving our accounts and voting in both new and re-elected Trustees.
If you are a member of the BTA, you will receive a copy of the AGM papers via post by Friday 1 October. This includes a summary financial report, and the candidate statements for those who have been nominated as Trustees.
Also included is a voting form, if you are unable to attend please complete this and return it to us at FREEPOST BTA by Friday 14th October 2022.

Who can attend?
The AGM is open to all members of the public, however, the voting for new Trustees will only be open to members of the BTA.
I am a member, how will I vote?
If you will be attending the meeting on Monday 17 October, you will be prompted during the meeting to submit your vote. Instructions will be given on how this will work, however, if you have any questions in regards to this prior to the meeting taking place please contact [email protected].
What do I need to attend?
You will require internet access, we will be using Zoom meetings for the session.
