Fundraising for your Step Challenge
Once you’ve set a distance goal for your challenge, start and end dates and your step counter to zero…it’s time to ask for sponsors.

Supporting you
We’re here to help make fundraising as easy as possible for you. Our Fundraising Pack contains lots of fun ideas for how to raise money, plus useful practical support like information on how to publicise your event/challenge and set up an online fundraising page. You can download your Fundraising Pack below:
Although many people donate online, you might still have family and friends that wish to donate with offline. Please download our sponsor form below to track any offline donations, these are still eligible for Gift Aid if you record your donor’s information.
Promoting your challenge online
Social media can be a powerful tool for sharing your challenge, raising awareness and vital funds. We’ve created some standard images that you can use to promote your challenge on various platforms online.
All of our steppers receive a free British Tinnitus Association t-shirt as part of our Fundraising Pack and our team will create personalised images for you to share when you send over a photo in your t-shirt. These really help to put a face to the name when sharing your story with our supporters.
Celebrating milestones throughout your challenge is really important in keeping your donors in the loop and motivating others to support you. Be sure to share when you receive your first donation, reach 50% of your fundraising goal and only have X amount of miles to go to complete your challenge!
Thanking your donors along the way is also a great way to keep them engaged and show your appreciation.
Please click on the links below to download the images to share on each platform. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Email [email protected] with the content you need to promote your challenge.

Thank You
We receive no money directly from the government, so we are reliant on the generosity and support of members of the public and grant-making organisations to be able to support people with tinnitus across the UK. Together we can silence tinnitus.
