A large mental health support database, searchable by issue and by postcode, to help you find appropriate local support for a wide range of issues.



This falls under the category cCBT (computerised CBT) which is a therapy approved by NICE. This particular site is often referred to by GPs and mental health workers. The user works through at their own pace. There is an annual subscription (£25.20 per year)
