What is Tea for Tinnitus?
The idea behind it is simple. Put the kettle on and hold a tea party for your friends, family and/or work colleagues. Offer tea and cakes in return for a donation, and help us raise much needed funds.
All funds raised go directly towards the work we do in supporting people with tinnitus, including our helpline and email support, our free to attend information days, information leaflets and booklets and much more.

When you sign up, we will send you our amazing fundraising pack which includes top tinnitus talking points and some fundraising ideas. We also have a nice big poster to help publicise your event, template bunting to put up, a money box to collect all your donations and some super stickers!
When you hold your party, please upload a photo or short video to social media using the #T4Tinnitus hashtag and tag us in using @BritishTinnitus on Twitter, so we can share your images! It’s great to see what’s going on.
