About the group
Our aim is to support those with tinnitus by informing, educating, and giving advice. We have guest speakers, assistive equipment, reading materials, and information regarding the latest research. We also offer relaxation exercises and techniques as well as positive, constructive conversations.

We will continue to take some COVID precautions:
We will not wear masks and do not require confirmation of COVID vaccination
BUT
- The room will be ventilated
- We will be socially distanced in the room
- We will take a break after 45 mins and there is outside space for the break if required
- We would ask for members to confirm a negative Lateral Flow Test if possible before coming
